The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a time to focus on God’s mercy, how we forgive among our family, friends and community, and how we celebrate forgiveness. 
 
Religious education in the Catholic Church is done either through attending Catholic School or by joining the parish religious formation program.
 
Formal religious education begins in first grade for public school children. Through this, we prepare children to receive sacraments: First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, and Confirmation.
